For Gabriel customers who currently use Vanco as their online provider:  Please contact Vanco Client Services at (800) 675-7430, email cs@vancopayments.com or click on this link to fill out the integration request form Vanco Payments Customer Account Update Form.  Once you complete the form you will need to obtain your Client ID number from Vanco (this is not the same as your Service Center ID number).  Once you obtain that number please follow the instructions that are outlined below.  For any questions regarding your Vanco account or the form please contact Vanco directly.



1. Scroll to Administrative > Church Maintenance. 




2. While on the Church Maintenance screen scroll to the bottom of the screen to the External Systems section.  You will see Vanco Payment Solutions on the list. 


 

3.  Click the Create button on the Vanco line and enter the Client ID number that you obtained from Vanco as well as your User ID and Password you set up. Press Save.  Contact Vanco to let them know you completed the Gabriel form. Once this process is complete it typically takes 24 hours before you see any contributions posted to Vanco.  

For Gabriel customers who would like to begin using Vanco as their online provider:  Please contact Vanco Client Services at (800) 675-7430 or email cs@vancopayments.com. They will provide you with a new client form to complete where you can also request to initiate the integration. Once you complete the form you will need to obtain your Client ID number (this is not the same as your Service Center ID number).
